Looks like the youngster made a stupid mistake.

On edit: he was trying to tell something to the officer "that is was a" and the officer who just talked over him and shot him several times.

A passer-by told the officer they saw someone with a gun

I have NEVER seen a police car on or near Blackstone Ave.

And I'll say no more.

Peace. He's expected to recover from two gunshot wounds.
