(32,324 posts)the new panel can use this investigation as evidence to fire Fani. Remember what Trump said, you don't need to prove fraud just say there is an investigation and Congressional, or state, Magats will take over.

I understand that Trump and Kemp don't get along but Kemp signed this bill.
If the legislature is successful in removing Fani I guess the question will be, will Kemp appoint a pro-Trump Magat to replace her?
This scheme may at the very least delay everything until after the election, even if it fails.

(32,324 posts)legal eagles here told me I was chicken little for saying that something was going to happen on J6, 2021. I was told that the counting of the Electoral ballots was just a formality that they were already approved by the states. Yeah, they were right, by an eyelash.
