Court of Appeals Issues CRITICAL New Ruling with MAJOR Ramifications - Meidas Touch

Michael Popok of Legal AF reports on a new DC court of appeals ruling that will lead to dozens of Jan6 convicted defendants having their sentences thrown out and removing them from being on probation and under watch through the next election, increasing the chances of another Jan6 attack. - 08/26/2023.

would apply to any case, not just Jan 6 misdemeanor offenses? Either a jail sentence or probation?
Is the ruling retroactive? If so, until what point?
