but I never said that out loud because so many people were treating it like a high school football game and wouldn't put their pom-poms down.

It was obvious the steering wasn't working on the balloon, and the idea it maneuvered over a missile site was dubious. Not to mention it still didn't get that close and the Chinese could garner far better pics from their Look-Down satellite that orbits daily.
