Whitehouse outlines the ethics complaint he submitted earlier this month detailing ethical lapses by Justice Samuel Alito, which support billionaires’ lawyers’ blockade of congressional investigations into other ethical lapses by Alito, and underscore the lack of formal process at the Court for receiving or investigating such complaints.

2. This is so obviously dirty it goes beyond "the appearance of impropriety."

I think one solution is to have the Judicial Conference hear all matters related to the operation of SCOTUS. Roberts is a product of the Federalist Society himself and is tainted by the same process.

These billionaires already control the politicians through donations, media through advertising dollars, and SCOTUS through the Federalist Society who hand picked them and put them in power.

People, we have a shadow government that runs this country. The root causes of this are our campaign finance system and media propaganda designed to manipulate the masses. We should be demanding of our politicians to make it their number one issue to address these root causes. All other issues we face in this country will not be solved satisfactorily or fairly until and unless we address these root causes!
