Special Counsel PRESSURES Trump to indicate trial intentions - Talking Feds
In a new court filing, Special Counsel Jack Smith urged Judge Tanya Chutkan to require Trump to inform the court before December 18th of his intention to use advice-of-counsel defense at trial. Smith writes that such a defense may warrant further investigation, litigation, and briefing as well as additional discovery. - 10/11/2023.
