You can untrain yourself to notice
To feel pain and swallow fear

it's offered because of what you say, spreading culture, which, imo, comes from human hearts.

We have to take breaks, and look for those heart bridges that help us keep an open heart in the midst of chaos and pain. To leave our children a better future.
