a Trump rally. This is how they talk to each other. They get pissed when sane, reasonably intelligent people refute them with facts...or just laugh at the absurdity of their claims.

(9,230 posts)They follow Trump because thinking hurts what's left of their brains. They prefer to have someone else tell them what to think, what to say, what to do, and how to feel.
For them, truth is only found in the words of their lord and master.
It's impossible to reason with them. Logic, reasoning, and truth aren't important to them...these thing have no value to them.
Trump is their God, and his deranged words are absolute.

(2,937 posts)Willful ignorance. It would take so little effort to check on some of these things they believe to find out how wrong they are, but they want to stay in their trump bubble. Frankly, I just want to slap them awake. They feel SAFE under trump? OMG.

Kick in to the DU tip jar?
This week we're running a special pop-up mini fund drive. From Monday through Friday we're going ad-free for all registered members, and we're asking you to kick in to the DU tip jar to support the site and keep us financially healthy.
As a bonus, making a contribution will allow you to leave kudos for another DU member, and at the end of the week we'll recognize the DUers who you think make this community great.
