Something I heard a Canadian say...

American doesn't have a defense spending problem it has an offense spending problem. Why don't they close down 100 bases around the world that cost billions of dollar and leave old people alone to die in peace.

into the pockets of contracting corporations, like Blackwater/Xe to go around offending everyone wherever they go? That Canadian was correct.
