Sir, according to many trustworthy sources, we need to move rapidly yesterday to get to the climate while there's time. We don't have years or decades to do politics or whatever we've been doing. NOW.

I just heard somebody on NPR refer to this as "too far left". That says a lot about how far right we've gone when listening to well established science, and addressing the biggest threat in human history to the future of the only planet we have, is considered "too far left". Crazy times we live in...
