Be afraid..be very afraid.

It's an old but successful fear button to push, it seems.

Barletta is an Italian last name, and last century there was plenty of anti-Italian bigotry in the nation.

My favorite was the recent Hillary Clinton testifying, but I don't know how to get to it.

Who started changing the way the Department of Immigration worked around 2005 and '06. New rules took people who were previously allowed to wait in the US during the process out of the country for up to 10 years. Those left behind who relied on that sponsored person's income had to ask for help from those programs. So thanks, dude, let's reverse the stupid, unclog the lines in Immigration and move forward.

has it wrong.
In this country, the uneducated seem to vote GOP.
And if these immigrants he speaks of SO VERY highly do become Democratic voters, it's because they can see which side welcomes them, and which side demonizes them.

... he would remember that the racial invective hurled at Italian immigrants (of which my father was one and which I would assume is something of a similar case in the Representative's family) was the term "WOP" which stood for "without papers" and was designed to remind those immigrants of their non-American origins.

How soon we forget, eh Mr. Representative?

Must be some sort of Native American because they are talking about other people as immigrants, not their own families.
