I want to sleep so badly and I just can't. Too wired. Glad there's a few nerds like me on DU tonight.

I have had early awakening the past few months. I wake up from a dead sleep after 2 to 3 hours, and I can't get back to sleep. Insomnia is a nasty business. I hope you can find sleep soon.

Take a few days off to decompress.

Every night I went to bed thinking I am so exhausted I should be able to sleep through the night. After 5 nights of saying this I said to myself "who am I kidding" and took 2 Advil Pm's. I slept for 14 hours straight. It was much needed.
