My dog wears a harness, has an ID and wears a seatbelt when he rides in the car. I would never get away with that with my cat.

But there is no way on earth I'm dressing him up, LOL - or taking him for a walk. Of course, he had a rough start, I found him as a tiny kitten in a grocery store parking lot. He's come a long way, considering. He seeks affection now and he's always liked the dog, but he has his limits.
