Take the tram.
Drinks at the Intercontinental Hotel lounge on Kowloon side. Best view of the harbor and skyline. Stay for dinner and walk along the harbor afterwards.
Take the #6 bus to Stanley and cruise the markets there.
Take an organized daytrip tour to the New Territories.
Window shopping on Hollywood Road.
Take a ferry to Lamma and hike the island. Hit one of the quayside restaurants for lunch before you go back to HK.
Go to the Yuen Po Bird Market. Trust me on this.
Used to live in HK. Love it.
