Damn!! I just had to turn jury duty down -- got a doctor's appt I have to RUN to in a few minutes.

.
.
.
I really wanted to see/be a part of that process.
.
.
.
And just like regular jury duty... I would sure want ME on the jury deciding MY fate.
.
.
.
(This from the guy who turned the only jury he served on from 8 2nd degree murder,
3 first degree, and one manslaughter vote on first ballot --- to 8 first degree, 3 second,
and one manslaughter before we deadlocked).
.
.
.
(on edit) I'm wondering if I MISSED a/some notice(s) before -- I almost missed THIS one.

1. I was asked twice yesterday. It will come back up again as long as you have willing to serve

The message popped up when I logged on, but the Jury was full.

When you're asked again, when/where does the request appear?

I'm looking forward to trying it out!

right after I logged back in.

It was really easy to participate. Took just a couple of minutes.

(on edit) -- just got another one (it was already full) -- it was a big light blue banner at the
top of my screen . Despite turning down one jury and getting there too late for another,
I'm at 100% jury status (was 95% when I first logged on to DU3 last night).

6. I just got a notice for my 2nd time to serve

It popped up when I clicked out of a thread back to the main Lounge screen.

I also got an email this time of the results of the jury's votes -- 3 voted to leave it alone, 3 voted to remove it.

Interesting process.
