I think I'm getting burned out. I haven't had a proper vacation in close to four years...

You constantly pour out energy taking care of others. You are just as deserving of getting some care and rest. And the flu that is going around this year is kicking ass and taking no prisoners. I was extremely sick with it back around Veterans Day. It also seemed to take me about two to three weeks to get completely over it, probably because I didn't stay home long enough before I went back to work. Sending you
