Is your local gym offering naked workout classes ?

"“Working out without clothes provides a number of benefits to your exercise including skin breathing, the release of endorphins due to Vitamin D from sunlight and complete body awareness so you can see if you’re cheating on your exercise routines,”"

Wiping off someone else's butt butter off a seat isn't my thing.

I'm guessing not this week at Planet Fitness. Window steam might crack glass.

Met my wife at a nudist club 33 years ago.

I don’t like going to regular gyms but we did work out at the nudist club.

I think it is weird to see people dressed in a sauna or hot tub so I never go to regular gyms.

Can’t stand wearing a wet swimming suit.

Diving into a pool or playing in the ocean waves naked feels so liberating to me

I do cardio and weight-lifting four to five days per week, but closing in on age fifty, I still have the kind of body most people are grateful that I keep covered up.

In Buddhism old age, sickness and death are called the heavenly messengers. They remind us of our impermanence.

You too will be old are you going to hide yourself so as not to be an irritating thing to someone?

blow your asshole and balls dry with, it's rude and disgusting. Hey I am 70 years old and I still know what a hair dryer is for.

Not that I should be shocked such information is coming from eppur_se_muova!

Fortunately I don't see this sort of thing at the gymnasium these days:

It's bad enough to see some people with their clothes on, forget about butt naked. Oh, and I include myself in that group.
