Ketcham/ Ketchum Canyon Beef Stew
By far the best stew I have ever tasted, next to Moms of course. Add a quarter bottle of red wine (not in the recipe), a client made some and sent it home with me. I think the secret is the red wine, coffee and molasses, could be the bacon. I have looked around online, there are some variations to each recipe that I found online.
