Two replacements for 'Eenie, Meenie, Miney, Mo'

There are reasons for not using 'eenie, meenie, miney, mo, but it is still needed. Here are two replacements.

1: Eenie meenie chili beanie.
Stooges like a wet sardiney.
Moe and Larry, Curly, Shemp.
Last one in gets all the hemp.

And

2: Eenie meenie chili beanie.
Stooges like a wet sardiney.
Moe and Larry, Curly, Joe.
Last one in's the first to go.

Mickey Mouse built a house.
What color did he paint it?

The person being pointed to responds with a color. The one doing the rhyme spells the color, one person per letter, and continues. Let's use "blue" as the color:

B-L-U-E spells blue and you are it!"

It has the added advantage of really not knowing who the "it" is going to land on (my sister memorized eenie meenie miney moe and knew in advance who "it" was going to be).
