So I finally made it back

I've been locked up in DU2 for a long time! Skinner sent in a brave team of warriors to drag me out of the old lounge. I escaped with minimal injury. Thanks to all who left me water, pillows and blankets, wine, and a little refer. (and a damned duck that had tape stuck to its feathers...)

10. I started reading DU during the GWB days

hence, backtoblue. Democrat my entire life in a very, very red district. I quit all social media for many years to focus solely on my career and being mom.

I see a lot of parents today sitting or standing on the sidelines or pushing a stroller while constantly fiddling with their smartphones/tablets.

Mom first, career second and back to the DU when the time is right. You have your priorities in order!
