Youre suggesting that Im somehow missing the lyrics to the song...I get it, perhaps viscerally because I was a sailor that had to go away with work and didnt want to go and my wife was always left behind; even now, while I may not be going out to sea, she still has to deal with my work and being left with the burden of running our household. So yeah, we get it....perhaps its not the most romantic songs for most folks but its ours
