When I first looked at that, I thought someone had written that on the outside of the stall. I was having a great deal of fun imagining the offending crapper coming out of the stall and seeing that. Instead, it's on the inside, which is useful, I guess, as a reminder for future users.

6. I do not understand people who do that

and it seems as though about half of the time when I have to use a public restroom I can hear another woman on the phone while she's in a stall. Why?! What is so important that she can't wait two minutes? I usually don't stick around to see whether or not she washes her hands afterwards.

I feel like the owner probably deserved it. I find it pretty disgusting.

Of course, somebody's going to tell me the phone was in their pocket. Uh huh. Right.
