My favorite scene has to be when Jim Carey trips as he exits the train, runs over to three old ladies sitting on a bench & flashes them saying, "Hi ladies, my name is Charlie Baileygates..Would you like to see my weasel?" then runs backwards into a plate glass window.

Another great scene is at the health food restaurant, a kid with glasses is slurping his drink annoyingly, and then Charlie transforms into Hank:
