1. I have never liked bleu cheese. Many people do.

3. i had to acquire a taste for bleu cheese. As a teen my uncle made us Crab Louie with Gouda

cheese chunks and blue cheese dressing. I loved my first taste ever of Gouda and hated my first taste ever of bleu cheese. It was like eating dirt. I do love it now...some 50 years later. I still wont eat green beans or oysters ( ok NO ocean phlegm for that matter)

4. Green beans with bleu cheese and toasted walnuts is awesome! And fried oysters dipped in

bleu cheese dressing with Tabasco is a favorite.

9. Took me a long time but I do like good bleu cheese salad dressing

nowadays, at least with certain salad components (wedge salad in particular, with some added BC chunks of course), or as dipping sauce for Hot Wings.

Blue Cheese Vinaigrette is a definite favorite, a 'best of both worlds' kinda thing.

I'd never just eat chunks of plain bleu cheese though.

TBH I don't much like to eat any cheese all by itself. I love it on/with stuff, but ...

11. Love dipping sauce with Tabasco for wings, fries, onion rings, nearly everything!

Also enjoy a nice bleu on sliced apples, pears, and figs with a nice glass of Port! 😋

10. "Blue" Cheese heaven. My go to when having salad in a restaurant.

Makes no difference if it is fake or the real thing. Real Roquefort dressing tastes soooo good.

13. Nope, allergic to it. Immediately closes up my throat.

When I was a kid I used to like the Kraft bleu cheese spread that came in a glass jar. Once the jars were empty, we used them as juice glasses. But that was processed cheese spread so I would guess most of the mold that is in bleu cheese was processed out.
