Food suggestions?

I am not an adventurous foodie... and I am pretty much scared to try new foods. We are going to the Festival of Nations this weekend and they have a ton of food vendors. Here is a link:

I am willing to break out of my comfort zone and try new stuff and since there are so many choices, I am asking for suggestions.

I come from a Latino/Scandanavian background so I have had a lot of Mexican food and some Norwegian foods. I have not had any Middle Eastern foods and my Asian food experience is pretty much your usual Chinese takeout.

Thanks for any suggestions!
