I saw a mama black bear and her cubs today in the Adirondacks.

It was quite thrilling to see them as they ran across my path, fortunately not near enough for a scare. Those little cubs are so adorable!

Actually I kept seeing moose crossing signs in that stretch of road, have always wanted to one of those in the wild too.

we had 2 adults and 3 young cubs in our yard last spring, everyday for about 2 weeks... they destroyed my bee hives, bird feeders, chicken fence, ate the chicken feed, etc...…….

this year I have 7000 volt electric fence around the chickens and bees... the bears tested it for a day or two and I haven't seen them since (in my yard)… it's difficult not to see/run into bears around here
