Just watched Extinction on Netflix. No spoilers. (Original Post) Laffy Kat Jul 2018 OP
I watched it. It was surprising but not good enough to call it a good movie. rusty quoin Jul 2018 #1
I agree, it wasn't a good movie and I don't think it was ever released on the big screen. Laffy Kat Jul 2018 #2
I have to see it again. Baitball Blogger Jul 2018 #3

I started it a week or so ago and made myself go back because I don't like not finishing one. The thing is, I thought it was totally predictable...until it wasn't

I wasn't fair to the movie. Watched it tired and I knew I was going to fall asleep through it. My first impression: Not a big budget on set design or for special effects for the alien. I like Michael Pena, but the constant hallucinations and his semi-awake state didn't leave much room for action.

I will watch it again to find out what the twist was.

It was a good twist. I don't know if it will get a chance for a sequel, but it is going to be hard to work through the ethical considerations. Long way from Blade Runner.
