it is low priority..my pal is postman...however, they may charge the recipient...they did that with my sister once...a personal letter..

It was an experiment: Reverse the to: and from: fields, leave off the postage and get your letter delivered for free!

It worked too but I didn't go for an encore.

If a carrier catches the problem before it gets to a distribution center, a day or two.
