which concerns me greatly because if it happens when I fall asleep at the wheel, I could remove my seat belt and get out of the car while going highway speed.

Seriously. She'd wake up the morning to find that she'd made pancakes or even a pot roast and had no memory of it. Her kids were all just out of high school so they kept odd hours and they'd tell her that she'd been up when they got home and made them something to eat.
