Day 3 of limping along

Most of the pain is gone but my left leg is shaky when I try to step with full weight on it. The walker helps a bunch but I may have overdone it a little yesterday-no my right leg is sore.
But compared to Sun morning, I'm doing great.

2. Take it easy, give yourself time and energy to heal

You took a bad fall, just because you have no broken bones doesn't mean you didn't sprain, strain and bruise.

Your leg is telling you to take it easy. So . . . how big is your bruise and what color is it?

3. House is 965 sq. ft. Color is turquoise.

When Donna bought it in 1990 it was painted O.D. Green-I said I wore that color for 3 1/2 years, there's no way in hell I'm going to live in it. I wanted to paint it purple but she wouldn't let me.
