I'm really not sure Crutchez_CuiBono!
They are puzzles from the actual game show but we're never really given the actual answer.

I don't have enough down-time to do these, maybe someday.

But there's only the W on WERE, not the initial W on WISH. Unless it's not meant to be an actual Wheel of Fortune puzzle, just a stylized version.
