about an unemployed actor who decides to allay his boredom by fighting crime with his
dim-witted buddy named William.

It did poorly at the box office, but it's one of my favorite comedies.

but the movie I lifted the line from was from when the character in the movie was watching the John Garfield movie on a portable TV and repeated the line out loud....at two different points in the movie.
