I googled with no success.

I finally figured it was "kicked and recommend" to get the thread more exposure.

The real puzzler was "eom"----with which i have a strong association to "end of mpnth". I figure here it means "end of message".

I feel like I've found my peeps. I'm from LA (lower Alabama). I'm a middle-aged white male who voted for Obama when it counted---- the primaries in 2008. Of course he got my vote in both generals.

It's been tough these two years. I'm wrecked with white guilt. I only have like three friends because I'm an introvert. My only black friend died, and I feel this crushing desire to tell all PoC I meet, "We're not all like that." I attended the "Families belong Together" rallies. I'm apalled by the kid concentration camps.

I hope that doesn't sound too pathetic. I don't mind being an introvert. But I think I have to own the white guilt. As long as there is white privilege and I'm not SHOUTING to change it. I own that guilt. Of course I will vote for change, and quietly reason for change. But I hope to find a more active voice.
