(10,337 posts)Reminds me of being in North Carolina in 1980. Jim Baker had a big boat on the lake. It wasn't a yacht, it was a floating donation center. He was driving prostitutes out of town. Must be true! The reporter saw him with two of them in his car.

(22,845 posts)Ta-Daaaaa!
From I-95 northbound:
Exit at 109B onto Md. Rt. 279, also called Elkton Road.
Go about 2 miles and turn right on Christina Parkway. Go about 1.1 miles.
Turn right on College Avenue (by the U. of Delaware stadium) which is also 896.
Keep going until you see signs for 95 north and turn there.
From I-95 southbound:
Take Interstate 95 South to Exit 1B (Del. Rt. 896 north).
Take 896 North until you see Christina Parkway (the U. of Delaware stadium will be on your right)
Turn left on Christina Parkway West and go 1.1 miles to the end.
Turn left onto Elkton Road and go about 2 miles to entrance ramp for 1-95 South.
This is for all who have sat in their cars, fuming, in one of those miles-long lines at the poorly-staffed toll plaza near the Delaware-Maryland border.
And check out Nick & Joe's Pizza on Elkton Road just before you get back on I-95 south. Great garlic knots!

(6,271 posts)The arctic is named after the constellation, the great bear, which a few of us call the big dipper.
The antarctic is named, naturally enough, after the antbear.
