My Babci made them when we were growing up - the kind with kapusta! She never used a recipe but was a wonderful cook! My mother never learned to make them so I didn't either.

Saw a sign advertising them; the filling included potatoes, cheddar cheese, fried onions, and sour cream. Whoa, that’s a lot. They are boiled? I think I loath them. Who knows. 😬

Several jobs ago, one of my bosses was of Polish heritage. For Christmas he gave me a whole pan of homemade pierogi's. YUMMY!
