How many calories do you burn from trying on every pair of jeans you own and putting away for

next year the ones that don't fit anymore???

Are there extra calories if shame is involved?

When the first pair got too tight, I didn't eat for a couple of days. Well that worked when I was younger. Now, not so much....the not-eating part. It now goes to my waist instead of elsewhere and if you wear a long top, it covers up the fact that the top button or partial zipper isn't fastened. One must adapt.
