Is anyone here good at Hogan's Heroes trivia?

Can you tell me the name of the pub/eatery in Hammelburg which was occasionally shown when Hogan or someone else slipped out in disguise or when some of the others went out for a "night on the town"?

Having a friendly family dispute here.

Thank you in advance!

Sgt Schultz (Hogan's Heros) escaped from the Nazis and served in the US Army Air Corps.
He posed for a recruiting poster.
He and Klink were Jews playing the part of Nazis.
They insisted that their characters be portrayed as buffoons.
