It is officially autumn: had to break out the robe and slippers this evening.

At least around the house. When I go out I put on jeans.

Start the new job on Thursday. Back to khaki world.

3. We were in Cheyenne, WY a week ago Saturday, and they got...

...4 inches of snow.

I watched a college soccer game this Saturday, in Naperville IL, and about 2/3 of the way into the first half, a major snow squall blew thru out of nowhere. It was snowing sideways, and the wind was roaring so loud that I was afraid a twister was going to show up.

4. Since I live in the South, I changed clothes 3 times so far today

Cool overnight= fleece mornings, which turned into nicely warm mid-70's day, and now is dipping cool again this late evening.

We know winter is here when we have to stay in fleece and flannel all day.
