The DU Lounge
Related: Culture Forums, Support ForumsJust got back from a week in London. Had a wonderful trip!
Did a lot of off-beat things while there. (We've been there numerous times, so we were looking for some different things to do).

(6,135 posts)I did a study abroad year there in 1986-87. Best year of my life and I still feel at home there.
I would move there in a heartbeat if I could make enough money to offset the cost

(26,993 posts)Some of the things we saw were the Dennis Severs house, Charles Dickens home, The Foundling Museum, and the Museum of Branding. Visited Windsor Castle and Kensington Palace, which we've never done. All in all, a very nice trip.

(60,179 posts)I haven't been up to London for years, even though it's just a one hour flight from where I live. I can't imagine running out of things to do there even if you had a month.
