Crockpot Chicken Tortilla Soup😋
Chopped green and red bell peppers
Chopped Onion
14 oz can diced tomato
14 oz can chicken stock (more may be needed)
1 lb shredded rotisserie chicken
Place in crockpot on high and bring to bubble
Add 4-8 squares of dark chocolate
Season to taste with paprika, ground pepper, chili powder, and cumin
Cook on low until veggies are soft
Turn off and add drained and rinsed 14 oz can of black beans and 14 oz can sweet corn
Crumble in some tortilla chips
Enjoy 😋

OMG Floyd - I made this for dinner tonight on a blustery Autumn day. It is perfection! Your recipe sounded great "as is", so I made no adjustments*. Just had a thought, though - maybe next time I'll add some celery. Mmmmmm!
