I have had "american" buffalo, bison. It was delicious. I have also eaten moose, venison, rabbit. Not in many many years but I do recall. It was a dinner where you paid and/or contributed to the supply. They served various courses of different preparations. I was 14 the first time and 15 the last. This was 26 years ago. I distictntly remember that the meals were.delicious.

The Nepalese and Tibetans make a roast buff that is to die for. Very low in fat and big on flavor. Totally nummy!!!
