My favorites are A Very Merry Mix Up, and A Crown for Christmas. Rupert Penry-Jones - mmm, mmmm, mmmmmmmm! Love the ballroom scene with Danica McKellar in that gorgeous red gown, and the ending, when the king rides up on his horse.

...someone who had to wait 4 years for my husband to be ready to get married, the certainty of the Matt Mitchum character as to his feelings for Alice, and his willingness to pursue them, have a wistful "wouldn't it have been nice" appeal for me.

We've now been married 9 times as long as I waited for him.

Actually watching a Turkish soap opera on Netflix ... Intersection. Has kept me distracted for a few weeks.

My wife has long been obsessed with documentaries on topics I have no interest in. But she has recently replaced that for a new obsession: random You Tube videos of cats and top ten lists.

Because while she's one one room watching Hallmark, I'm the other room watching EVERY football game. It's good to have two TV's.

I am continually astounded at the awful Christmas over-decoration; the snow gently falling, always falling; and, the dozens and dozens of baked cookies. Watch them just before bed. I guarantee you will have visions of sugar plums dancing in your head. Sweet dreams in your slumber you’ll have. I promise, I promise.

Then just sit by and stare at their faces while you play the role of Good Husband and let her have her movie.
