I get anti-vaxxers in clinic all the time. But yesterday,

I got someone who was blithering about 'chem trails'.

She also tried to shake me down for every addictive medication in the formulary...

Fun and games...

was designed for.

Sometimes, an offer of a non-addictive alternative will elicit a response like: "Well! I just won't take anything at all!"

Which is a pretty telling sign. Patients in genuine distress will take whichever apppropriate medication, referral, or other treatment protocol I offer. Most patients understand the importance of treating the underlying condition, and not just the symptom.
