3. Tough to read, but I think it says the tree is made from parsley sprigs...
Methinks pot leaves would be the better choice if the thing is to be eaten.

4. Oh my...
that just gave me an idea! How about glazed buds? I'm trying to think of a savory glaze that would make them crunchycrackle-y as if they were candied (sweet doesn't sound appealing with cold cuts.) That might be worth it.

5. Sugar wouldn't work well, but maybe a maple syrup glaze with almonds or walnuts.
