why are they doing this. It makes no sense what so ever.
And rebooting Spider-man. Why not just pick it up with a new kid instead of going through all that back ground stuff...

I love that movie for it's unintended hilarity. RW'ers generally take it seriously.
I think a remake would be too self-aware.
