"And that is the reason we microchip our pets." People say to many times "oh, he/she is an indoor cat/dog" but doors open and close windows open and close, people move or take their "indoor" pets to the vet, groomer, or a walk and many things can happen in just a short amount of time. I mean seconds when I say short amount of time.
