If you look up the dimensions, they are way out of scale compared to a dinghy.

I have no doubt the picture is photoshopped just by looking at the content, however you can't conclude that the picture has been photoshopped simply by the perspective distortion. You can create perspective distortion right out of the camera and people have been doing this well before photoshop and digital photography.

6. Not photoshop, just a massive zoom lens that compresses distance

The dingy in this picture could be a thousand yards away from this boat, yet the zoom makes the boat seem right on top of it.
