To identify the states with the most positive driving experiences, "WalletHub" compared all 50 states across 30 key indicators of a positive commute. Our data set ranges from average gas prices to share of rush-hour traffic congestion to road quality. And it’s not necessarily the county or city of that area. Williamson County used to send a car there, and they’re not anywhere near that exit.

... it's safe because traffic and roads are so bad people can achieve any significant speed! Actually, that may be it. The same thing that makes rotaries very safe. Everyone has to pay attention. Got that from a book about driving.
