I used to eat brie wrapped in a sheet of Pillsbury crescent rolls as a meal. With some fruit on the side to make it "healthy."

Then my metabolism slowed down in my 30's. Sigh. I only have it as a rare and cherished treat now.

Ok, technically that's TWO foods, so I left out the spaces to make it just one. Well, that's my logic.

A Tomasso's Pepperoni Mushroom?
A #9 from Togos?
Eggs Benedict at Perry's on Union St?
Crab Nachos at Half Moon Bay Brewing Company?
Emil Villa's Hickory Pit Spare Ribs?
Cha Cha Cha's (original one, on Haight St) Cajun Shrimp Tapas?

And so many others ...

In the end I decided I gotta go with ...

Nation's GIANT Bacon Cheeseburger, baby.

Cheese, bread, vegetables. Okay, someone who is gluten or lactose intolerant -- and even the latter can often consume cheese -- this pizza is a bad idea, but otherwise, if you think it's not a decently healthy food, then what exactly are your standards for healthy food?

57. Not necessarily.

It depends on just how it's made, or what toppings are used.

The pictured pizza doesn't look very greasy to me, and if it is, it can be made differently.

The underlying problem is that in this country people will demonize foods that are perfectly fine, like the referenced pizza.
