At say, 3:15 every day, FIVE MINUTES of freestyle dancing.

Stop everything you're doing.

Quit the keyboard.

Drop the phone.

Step away from the desk.

Stop the car. Exit the vehicle.

FIVE MINUTES, starting . . . NOW.

"Dance to the music. Dance to the music. All we need is a drummer, for people who are in need of beat. I'm going to add a little guitar, to make it easy to move your feet. I'm going to add some bottom, so that the dancers just won't hide."

If we do this every day, I think we can relieve a lot of stress.
