At say, 3:15 every day, FIVE MINUTES of freestyle dancing.

Stop everything you're doing.

Quit the keyboard.

Drop the phone.

Step away from the desk.

Stop the car. Exit the vehicle.

FIVE MINUTES, starting . . . NOW.
